San Diego Trip!

Well, it’s all but planned, and my first visit to San Diego is going to be awesome!  Kristy and I will be arriving at 11:00am on Sunday morning and will be on a quest to see everything there is to see during our stay.  In addition to traveling around the area, Kristy has several job interviews, and I have meetings, engagement portrait sessions and a couple Trash the Dress sessions.  Like I said, It’s going to be an awesome trip! August 18, 2008 - 3:56 pm Kelli - Hi Evan, Welcome to San Diego! This is an amazing city with wonderful people, picturesque places, great food and an overall relaxed, sunny vibe. Marc and I are looking forward to our Trash the Dress shoot Wednesday morning! The creativity of it all is eating me alive! I can't focus as it is all I think about; props, shot ideas, etc! August 15, 2008 - 12:01 pm Nicole - Hi Evan! We are so excited to meet you this coming week! There is plenty to do here in San Diego and more than plenty of great places to take pictures for any occasion! The Gaslamp District is down in the heart of San Diego with great restaurants and bars around every corner! The newest addition to the line up is the Hard Rock Hotel located at 207 5th Ave! Here is a link for more info www.hardrockhotelsd.com Across from the street is Petco Park and a great little seafood restaurant called the Tin Fish which has become a favorite hot spot for many locals before and after the baseball games! Balboa Park is known for its culture and great back drop for beautiful photos, you wan't want to miss it! Your travels to San Diego are amidst racing season at Del Mar which is booming in North County from July 16 - Sept 3 2008! Four O'Clock Fridays draw a big crowd as Del Mar presents a free concert for all race-goers with big names such as The Bravery and Gavin Rosdale! Belmont Park in Mission Beach is another attraction in San Diego that opened on July 4th 1925 with the Giant Dipper roller coaster that is still enjoyed by many today!
